"Question of the Day"

 

Name two out of the five categories relating to Digital Arts Festival.

Rules:

Starting Tomorrow, there will be a question of the Day everyday for the month of August. Answer the question correctly and receive a raffle to be drawn at the end of the month for a prize.

What's Happening at the Youth Center

  • HOwST Yano
    Did you know swimming is a great way to work out the body? Hang Out With the Staff on September 25th, as we head to the Yano Pool to work out by swimming and playing in the pool.
  • Worldwide Day of Play
    The Keystone Club will be hosting games and activities for you on September 27th to promote fitness.

  • Welcome Back to School
    The new school year has begun. Clubs for the Youth Center will begin shortly.
  • Trojans Vs Panthers @ Yokota 
    Football game for Junior Varsity at 16:30 and Varsity at 19:00. Buses will be provided and it is free. For more information, please call 263-4500.
  • Digital Arts Festival
    This year's theme "Nature of Design" will start off with Photo Illustration. There are five categories you may enter. Photo Illustration being one, then Music Making, Movie Making/ Screenplay Writing, Web Page Design, and Graphic Design. Registration will begin Sept 8th. First local judging will be in October.
     
  • The Youth Center will be closed on September 2 & 3 for Columbus Day and Training Holiday.

  • Izu Beach Trip
    Time to get under the sun, relax in the clear blue waters, enjoy the crystal white sands, and ride the cool waves? The Youth Center is providing a trip to Izu Beach on August 8th. The times are from 0600-1900. The cost is $15 per youth. Please sign-up at central registration. For more information, please call 263-4500.
  • Super Soaker Day  
    Prepare to get soak and wet with summer water fun with our Super soakers. **Important- Bring an extra pair of clothes because you are most certainly going to be wet.**This program is on August 8th at 1500.
  • Lego Legends
    Want to design a Robotic Gladiator? If so come to the Teen Center where you will build and program your own robots with Legos. Once you are ready your robot will battle it out to gain the title Ultimate Gladiator. If you are interested come participate in the  Lego Legends Program which begins at 1400 form August 4th to the 8th.  
  • Youth Center Closed
    Youth Center will be closed on August 2nd to help out at the Bon O Dori.
