CYS NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The Camp Zama Child and Youth Services Program, in determining the local needs for children and youth, is conducting a needs assessment. We request the form be completed by 15 Mar 06.
This assessment addresses not only the child care needs of the military and civilian population, but also such issues as support to readiness during deployments and other installation missions. As part of the daily childcare needs it addresses the availability of comparable services; cost, quality, and convenience of these services.
Results of the assessment will be used to help formulate plans for changes in the Child and Youth Services Program, whether at the child care facility, Family Child Care Homes, or with other special programs.
This needs assessment does not constitute program registration. Registration is required prior to your child participating in any of the CYS programs.
